A Foundation Built on Community Power

Empower Local Voices Foundation is a non-governmental organisation dedicated to uplifting the most marginalised members of society — women and girls facing gender-based violence, children and youth in vulnerable circumstances, and communities experiencing social exclusion.

We believe that lasting change begins when local communities are equipped with knowledge, skills, and support to drive their own transformation. Our model blends direct service delivery with practitioner training, data-driven programme design, and deep multi-agency collaboration.
